Do you have any questions about our "inChurch Kids" component on our platform?

Can I delete a child from the dashboard?

In compliance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), the "delete" option only inactivates a child in the control panel. It remains appearing on the panel, but with the inactive status. You can filter active and inactive children for better viewing.

Will all the restrictions registered in the panel appear on the tag?

Yes, all the restrictions registered in the child's record will appear on the tag, but only the icons for these restrictions will be present.

Instead of a tag, do we have the possibility to print bracelets?

Currently, there's just the option to print tags.

Will a scheduled class be opened automatically by the platform or will it be necessary to open it manually?

The class is automatically available for check-in approximately 1 hour before its start time.

Can I close the printer installer after installation?

No, it's necessary that the installer remains open together with the control panel so that we can have "printer -> panel" communication and the tags be printed.

What's the minimum age for registration in the control panel? And for classes opening?

There's no minimum age for registration on the panel, but the minimum age for classes' registration is 12 months (1 year).

Can I use more than one printer at check-in?

Yes, it's possible, but it's necessary to register one printer per computer in the settings area.

Which printer is compatible with the control panel?

The printer is the Brother QL-800.

Is it possible to reprint a tag after check-in?

Reprinting is currently not possible, but we know that this is a need many churches have and our responsible team is already working to implement this feature.
