The registration of classes is the first thing to be done in the inChurch KIDS module, as it serves as the foundation for creating new rooms in our platform.

When accessing the Classes option within the Kids Space, the panel should display the screen with the button below + Add class, if the church does not have any registered classes.

Search Field: the search for class names is performed.

Filter: the filter will sort by scope (Denomination, Regional, and Local).

Download: sends the report spreadsheet to the user's email.

Another way to create new classes is by clicking the +New button.

OR

By clicking on the + New button, you will see the following screen to register the class with essential information such as the class name, age range (options from 0 to 18 years), and description:

After entering the information, click on Save.

When the classes are already registered, the system should appear as shown in the screen below:

On this screen, you can view information such as class names, age range, and the number of registered rooms in the classes. It is also possible to edit and delete them.

Edit class: the system should redirect to the editing screen for the name, age range, and description:

Delete class: the history of rooms for this class that occurred previously will remain, but future rooms will be deleted along with the class. Regarding the children registered in the class, the child's profile will simply not display the information, and it will not be possible to check the child into the worship service.

Filter: it is possible to filter by ages.

Operating rule:

If it's a local, regional, or denominational church, it will always show the user the classes of the local church they are logged into. The rule was established this way because, even if they belong to the same denomination, class structures and age ranges can vary according to local churches.

By clicking on a class, for example, Sub-13, the panel will redirect to the details screen, which is divided into two parts: description and list of rooms.

Description: displays the class name, the description itself, and the age range of the class.

Upcoming rooms: these are all registered rooms that will occur in the future for that class. To view past rooms, the user should access the Rooms section of the panel and select the history option. It will be possible to see the name of the local church, the date of the room, start and end times, and the child limit. Additionally, this listing will contain two tabs: Recurring and Unique.

In the Recurring tab are rooms that were registered with recurrence, such as the Sunday service. In the Unique tab, the panel will show rooms that were created without recurrence, for recording a sporadic event such as camps.

In addition to the + Add room, Edit, and Delete buttons.

There you have it!

Now you know how to register and manage the classes of your kids' ministry on the inChurch platform.

Delete class: the history of rooms for this class that occurred previously will remain, but future rooms will be deleted along with the class. Regarding the children registered in the class, the child's profile will simply not display the information, and it will not be possible to check the child into the worship service.
